Our team provided complete programming and design services for the Kolschowsky Research and Education Institute and its adjoining parking garage. Collaborating closely with SMH stakeholders and end users, we led early workshops and town halls to drive consensus around programmatic priorities while avoiding duplication of space—an effort that drove both real estate efficiency and deeper interdepartmental collaboration. The resulting design supports a variety of functions in a flexible, tech-enabled environment that will accommodate today’s clinicians as well as the next generation of healthcare leaders.
