Spurring Transformative Research

Sarasota Memorial Hospital selected Gresham Smith to design the new Kolschowsky Research and Education Institute on their campus in Sarasota, Florida. The five-story, approximately 80,000-square-foot facility will house Sarasota Memorial’s expanding clinical research division, clinical and graduate medical education programs, medical library and a new, state-of-the-art simulation center designed for hands-on training. The project also includes a three-story parking garage attached to the new facility.
