Expanding the Boundaries of Brain Research

Gresham Smith partnered with USF Health to design a first‑generation fit‑out for the Neuroscience Research Institute, expanding the university’s ability to support leading‑edge neuroscience research. The 2,600‑square‑foot lab accommodates up to eight researchers and two principal investigators, featuring flexible benching space, a fume hood and dedicated support areas—including a cell culture room, procedure room microscopy room and cold storage. Beyond the lab, the space also includes student workstations and write‑up space as well as private offices for the principal investigators and a shared lounge.
