Gresham Smith is excited to announce that Heather Callaway, RCDD, LEED AP, Building Engineering’s technology systems department manager, will be presenting on two topics at the 2024 BICSI Fall Conference & Exhibition, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. She will be moderating a panel discussion of industry professionals for “The Learning Odyssey – I Want That Certification, But HOW?” which will address where to start when pursuing certification, what to do once you’ve passed and what to do if you failed. Callaway will also be co-presenting “Oops – This Happened On My Project – Part 2: They Did IT Again!” which will dive into the metrics of mishaps on projects, the impacts of a mistake and how we can learn from them.
