Confidential Battery Pack Assembly Plant

A global leader in lithium-ion battery manufacturing and energy storage systems called upon Gresham Smith to convert an existing facility into a battery pack assembly plant with a 23 gigawatt hours pack capacity. We are providing planning, design and program management services for this project. The renovated facility will house:

• 311,500 square feet of assembly/production and quality inspection/testing, including ISO 9 clean rooms
• 375,000 square feet of warehousing operations
• 58,500 square feet of office area
