A Commitment to Sustainability
Sustainability was a core driver from planning through delivery. The project achieved LEED Gold certification in 2025, supported by energy-efficient systems and a photovoltaic array of 840 modules that collectively contribute to a 42% energy-cost savings. A high-efficiency HVAC system improves indoor air quality while reducing long-term operational costs. In addition, native landscaping, drip irrigation and low-flow plumbing fixtures resulted in an 85% reduction in total water use compared to baseline.

Promoting Health and Wellness
Long-term development plans include on-site hiking/walking trails and other amenities that support a healthy active lifestyle. The campus also offers various features that promote wellness and connectivity, such as extensive landscaping and water features that seamlessly integrate with the building’s design. The landscaping includes native plants and green spaces, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and sustainability of the project.
Purposely planned for employee engagement and well-being, Continental’s HQ represents a new era of the corporate campus.
