Gresham Smith is pleased to announce that Andrew Farmer, P.E., has been named Office Leader for the firm’s Alpharetta location.
In this role, Farmer will continue serving clients as a Senior Transportation Engineer, while strengthening office culture, supporting employee growth, and facilitating collaboration across Gresham Smith markets and disciplines. Nithin Gomez, who has served as Office Leader since 2020, will continue as Georgia’s Traffic Engineering Department Leader after rotating out of his Office Leader position.
The Alpharetta office is home to several business development and operations leaders across Gresham Smith’s markets, including Water + Environment Executive Vice President Dale Jones and Southeast Regional Transportation Leader Jody Braswell. “Alpharetta is an important home base for our Georgia teams, and Andrew is the right person to help strengthen the connections that make the office successful,” said Gresham Smith Chief Operating Officer Peter Oram. “He’s a trusted emerging leader who leads with integrity and a genuine commitment to our teams and our clients.”
Farmer joined Gresham Smith in 2016 and has supported a wide range of transportation projects across Georgia while mentoring team members and contributing to a strong, connected office culture.
