Gresham Smith-designed ONE22ONE Wins NAIOP Office of the Year
The Gresham Smith-designed mixed-use high-rise ONE22ONE was named Office Development of the Year by the Nashville Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), a commercial real estate development association. The Nashville Chapter held its annual awards ceremony on March 9 at the Omni Nashville Hotel.

Located at the top of Broadway in downtown Nashville, the property is owned by Nashville-based development company GBT Realty Corporation. The 25-story iconic addition to the Nashville skyline features Class AA office space with ground floor and mezzanine retail within immediate walking distance of the growing urban district. The unique faceted glass office tower is integrated with structured parking and offers 26,000 rentable square feet per floor. With direct access to I-40 and I-65, ONE22ONE serves as the new gateway to Broadway.
