Gresham Smith Named a Best Place to Work in Baton Rouge for Fifth Consecutive Year
Gresham Smith is proud to announce that the firm has been named a 2023 Best Place to Work by the Baton Rouge Business Report. Honored as #2 in the “large company” category, the recognition was based on feedback received from employees when surveyed about the firm’s culture, team effectiveness, work engagement and trust in leadership. Baton Rouge Business Report began recognizing Best Places to Work in 2013 and Gresham Smith is one of only four companies to make the list every year of participation.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Gresham Smith established its’ Baton Rouge office in 2013. Locally, the team specializes in providing transportation design and planning services to clients, including the Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development and the parishes of East Baton Rouge, Ascension, Jefferson, Calcasieu and Lafayette Consolidated Government.
In addition to supporting the Capital Area United Way, the Baton Rouge office engages with the Greater Baton Rouge Food bank, Brave Heart – Children in Need and has adopted a road through the Louisiana Department of Transportation Adopt-a-Road program.
