Gresham Smith Named a Best Place to Work in Louisville for Fourth Straight Year
Gresham Smith is proud to announce that the firm has been named one of Louisville Business First’s 2023 Best Places to Work for the fourth year in a row. This recognition is based on survey feedback from Gresham Smith’s employees about the firm’s culture, team effectiveness, work engagement and trust in leadership.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Gresham Smith has had a presence in Louisville since 1995. Locally, the team specializes in providing engineering, planning and landscape architecture services for the firm’s Land Planning and Transportation clients. Recent local projects include authoring the award-winning Complete Streets, Roads, and Highways Manual, providing landscape architecture and design services for Parkland Plaza and designing the expansion of KY 237.
The firm is active in several civic and community groups, proudly supporting numerous organizations including Louisville Metro United Way, the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services and the Olmsted Parks Conservancy.
