Gresham Smith Named a Best Place to Work in Orlando for Second Consecutive Year

Orlando Business Journal Recognizes Firm for Excellent Workplace Culture

Gresham Smith is proud to announce that the firm has been named one of the Orlando Business Journal’s 2023 Best Places to Work for the second year in a row. This recognition is based on survey feedback from Gresham Smith’s Orlando employees about the firm’s culture, team effectiveness, work engagement and trust in leadership.

“As CEO, my goal is to have the best culture of any A/E firm in the world,” said Gresham Smith CEO Rodney Chester. “This recognition is a testament to our investment in creating a company where employees love to work, have opportunities to grow, and know the work they do is positively impacting communities. We take great pride in being named one of Orlando’s top places to work again this year.”

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Gresham Smith established an Orlando office in 2021. Locally, the team specializes in providing architecture, interior design, structural engineering, transportation engineering and planning services for the firm’s Healthcare, Transportation, Water + Environment, Building Engineering and Life and Workplace markets.

The firm is active in several civic, community and professional groups, including the Orlando chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Bike Walk Central Florida, and proudly supports organizations including Heart of Florida United Way and the Alzheimer’s Association.
