This recognition is based on feedback from Gresham Smith’s employees about the firm’s culture, team effectiveness, work engagement and trust in leadership. Gresham Smith also earned this honor in 2022, making it the second consecutive year the firm has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in South Florida.
