Empowering Change

To promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging within our firm, we have launched five Employee Resource Networks (ERNs). Our ERNs report to an Advisory Committee, that guides the ERNs in researching, developing and proposing ideas that help create a supportive, positive and inclusive work environment for all our employees. The committee’s Advisory Chair reports directly to our CEO.

25% of Gresham Smith employees participate in one or more ERN.

IMAGE (Inclusive Multiculturalism for Advancement, Growth and Equity)

The IMAGE (Inclusive Multiculturalism for Advancement, Growth and Equity) ERN serves as a strategic partner to promote a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion through transformational workplace policies and ongoing education.

LGBTQ+ Alliance

The LGBTQ+ Alliance ERN focuses on achieving greater awareness, advocacy, inclusion and equity for those who identify as LGBTQ+ at our firm and in our communities.

The Parent/Caregiver ERN seeks to bring focus to work/family balance through strategies that support and nurture our employees in order for them to be happy at home and productive at work.

The Wellbeing ERN centers on bringing awareness and engaging in conversation surrounding the topics of mental illness/health issues, physical disabilities, medical conditions and neurodiversity in order to break the stigmas around these issues.

The Women’s ERN strives to make a difference by researching and recommending solutions to issues affecting women; providing opportunities for women to continue to grow and advance their leadership skills while broadening their professional network; and reaching out to women, students and teens in our communities.
