Empowering Change

To promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging within our firm, we have launched five Employee Resource Networks (ERNs). Our ERNs report to an Advisory Committee, that guides the ERNs in researching, developing and proposing ideas that help create a supportive, positive and inclusive work environment for all our employees. The committee’s Advisory Chair reports directly to our CEO.

25% of Gresham Smith employees participate in one or more ERN.
