Gresham Smith Celebrates Opening of New Downtown Denver Office

Firm Has a 15-Year History of Serving Denver-Area Clients

Gresham Smith, a top-ranked architecture, engineering, design and consulting firm with $328 million in annual gross revenue and 26 offices across the United States, is excited to announce that it has moved into its new office in downtown Denver.

Gresham Smith announced its expansion to Denver in 2023, and the firm has been operating in a temporary space while the design and construction of the new space was completed. The firm’s new office space now occupies 8,000 square feet in the Park Central tower at 1515 Arapahoe Street in the city’s central business district. Gresham Smith’s office design is continually evolving to cater to its diverse workforce and hybrid work style. The team of workplace designers tailor each office location to the local and regional geography, culture and architecture, while maintaining a distinct ‘Gresham Smith’ feel. This balance ensures each space is both unique and part of the firm’s identity.

“We’re excited to move into our new Denver office,” said Rodney Chester, CEO and Board Chair of Gresham Smith. “We intentionally chose this location because we’re genuinely invested in the vitality of downtown Denver. With a strong local leadership team in place, we’re committed to being a responsible and supportive community partner and growing our relationships with existing and new clients across the Denver area.”

Gresham Smith’s Denver office specializes in serving clients in the Aviation and Healthcare industries, as well as the firm’s Life and Work Places market, which focuses on mixed-use, residential and workplace environments, across the Front Range. The firm has several active projects in the Metro area and has delivered local projects for clients including HCA, Kaiser Permanente and Denver International Airport.

Active in civic and community groups, the firm proudly supports numerous local organizations including the AdventHealth Avista Foundation, Downtown Denver Partnership, the South Metro Denver Chamber and Ronald McDonald House of Denver.
