Terminal Lobby Expansion
Designed to align with GBI’s Green Globes for New Construction Certification: Two Green Globes, with 95% of construction waste diverted from landfills and a 33% reduction in Lighting Power Density as compared to the baseline. We also contributed to CLT’s Sustainability Plan.

Ambulatory Surgery Center
This leading-edge, LEED Gold facility achieves a 74% reduction in conventional water consumption. Sustainable features include automatic lighting control, high-performance mechanical and electrical systems, and water-efficient landscaping.

HCA Healthcare
Capitol View – 1100 Charlotte Avenue
Through the careful evaluation of building performance, economics, aesthetics and site-provided resources, the facility achieved LEED Silver certification. The building’s energy utilization is projected to be 20% lower than the average comparable building.

Gresham Smith
Nashville Headquarters
Our headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee is Fitwel certified and features accommodations for bike commuters, a common terrace with green roof, an internal communicating stair, adjustable-height workstations, access to water bottle fillers, and a café with healthy food options.

Kaiser Permanente
Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center
With 40,000 square feet of solar panels, a green roof, and vertical fins that control heat gain, the sustainable strategies used on this LEED Gold facility are projected to save Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center nearly $1 million in energy costs over 30 years.

Corporate Headquarters
At completion, the Energy Star-labeled building’s energy performance rated in the top 25% of facilities nationwide. We performed extensive energy modeling with the goal of maximizing daylight harvesting, reducing artificial lighting and minimizing the impact of solar heat gain.
