Gresham Smith Named a Best Place to Work in Atlanta for Fifth Straight Year

Atlanta Journal Constitution Recognizes Firm for Exceptional Culture

Gresham Smith is proud to be recognized as one of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Best Places to Work. The recognition is based on feedback from the firm’s more than 120 Atlanta-based employees on topics including workplace culture, policies, and more. This is the fifth consecutive year that Gresham Smith has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in Atlanta.

“As CEO, it is my goal to have the best culture of any architecture and engineering firm,” said Gresham Smith CEO Rodney Chester. “We take great pride in being named one of Atlanta’s top workplaces and I commend our staff members for living out our core values of commitment, integrity, teamwork and respect to create a culture where every employee feels appreciated.”

Gresham Smith has been delivering projects in Atlanta since 1996. The firm’s three local offices specialize in providing architecture, engineering, interior design and planning services to clients in the firm’s Building Engineering, Industrial, Land Planning, Life and Work Places, Transportation and Water + Environment markets.

Gresham Smith’s Atlanta offices demonstrate the firm’s commitment to community through their support of Midtown Assistance Care, Atlanta Children’s Shelter, North Fulton County Community Charities, The Alzheimer’s Association Georgia Chapter, and United Way of Greater Atlanta.

This award is the latest addition to the firm’s growing list of workplace accolades. Gresham Smith has also been recognized this year as a top place to work in South Florida and Tampa Bay.
