Gresham Smith Names Victor Iscoa as Cincinnati Office Leader

New Office Leader to Strengthen Regional Presence and Collaboration

Gresham Smith is pleased to announce that Victor Iscoa, P.E., has been named the new Office Leader for the firm’s Cincinnati location.  

Iscoa is a Project Engineer in Gresham Smith’s Water + Environment market, bringing 10 years of experience, excelling at delivering water resources projects with practical, constructable solutions.  

“We see tremendous opportunities for continued growth in Cincinnati, and Victor’s active engagement and vision for the office will both strengthen our presence in the region and continue fostering a strong, collaborative culture among our teams,” said Gresham Smith Chief Operating Officer Peter Oram.  

As a leader and mentor in the Cincinnati office, Victor is committed to supporting the professional development and growth of those around him. Known for his resilience and positive outlook, Iscoa effectively navigates challenges while fostering collaboration. Iscoa holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the National Autonomous University of Honduras and is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio.

Cincinnati’s previous Office Leader, Katie Nolan, has taken on a new role that focuses on large-scale regional responsibilities for Gresham Smith’s Water + Environment market.
