Gresham Smith is excited to announce that it has been selected for a new consultancy services contract with the Atlanta-Region Transit Link (ATL) Authority.

ATL is an umbrella organization that represents the transit authorities in the 13-county region of Atlanta. Under the new five-year contract, Gresham Smith will provide a variety of consultancy services, including planning new transit infrastructure and overseeing the maintenance of existing infrastructure so it best serves users in the Atlanta region. In addition, the firm will provide owner rep services, such as project controls, right of way acquisition, scheduling, procurement support and data analytics.

Project Manager Quondrekka Singleton, PMP, will lead this effort at Gresham Smith. Singleton is an expert project manager with 11 years of project and program management experience in transportation and telecommunications.

“We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with ATL on its critical mission to provide customers with transit connections across the 13-county Atlanta region, while expanding consultancy services at the firm under Quondrekka’s leadership,” said Jeremy Busby, P.E., consultancy services practice leader at Gresham Smith. “We want to enable ATL and their transit partners to streamline transit planning, improve the rider experience and drive economic development in the Metro area.”
