Gresham Smith Welcomes Brandon Denny as Project Engineer in Nashville

Engineer Brings Planning and Design Experience to Nashville Transportation Group

Gresham Smith is pleased to announce that Brandon Denny, P.E., PTOE, has joined the firm’s Transportation market in Nashville as a traffic engineer.

Brandon brings broad experience in both planning and design of transportation projects for clients across Tennessee, including the Tennessee Department of Transportation, Nashville Department of Transportation and WeGo. His expertise includes experience in interstate corridor and interchange evaluations, traffic forecasting and modeling, traffic capacity analysis, safety analysis, traffic impact studies, corridor signal evaluations and optimization, and traffic signal design. He has also led local and regional transportation planning studies, multimodal urban design evaluations, transit system assessments, access management studies, and assisted local agencies in developing new policies to help manage the growth of their transportation system.

Brandon earned his Bachelor and Master of Science degree in civil engineering from Georgia Tech. He lives in Nashville and enjoys all of the outdoor activities the city has to offer.
