Beyond his professional achievements, Jose demonstrates a strong commitment to the Dallas community through active involvement in several key organizations. He contributes his time and expertise as a member of the AIA Dallas Board of Directors and the Impact Board of the Dallas Independent School District, helping to shape the future of architecture in the region. “I am honored to be part of the leadership for the talented team in Gresham Smith’s Dallas office,” said Tavarez. “Together, we are dedicated to creating innovative, meaningful designs that not only elevate our built environment but also strengthen the communities we serve. I look forward to continuing to grow our presence in Dallas and fostering opportunities for collaboration, professional development and community impact.”
