Gresham Smith is proud to announce that Katie Rowe, P.E., AICP, and Louis Johnson, PLA, ASLA, will speak at the Kentuckians for Better Transportation’s 45th Annual Research Board 2023 held in Louisville, Kentucky. On Thursday, Jan. 12, Rowe and Johnson will share insights on Complete Streets while highlighting Gresham Smith-designed projects.

Complete Streets: Case Studies from Blocks to Corridors

Presented by Louis Johnson, Project Executive at Gresham Smith, Katie Rowe, Transportation Engineer at Gresham Smith and Mike King, Director of Advanced Planning and Sustainability at Louisville Metro Government on Thursday, Jan. 12 at 9:00 AM ET.

This session is focused on developing complete streets with a focus on equity, sustainability, and resiliency. The presenters will showcase two different Kentucky-based projects each tasked with implementing complete streets strategies in a variety of contexts at multiple scales. The presenters will touch on Main Street in Danville, KY along with Broadway in Louisville, KY which was recently awarded a Federal RAISE Planning Grant.
