Gresham Smith is excited to announce that Alexandria Supino, AIA, NCARB, EDAC, has joined the firm as the Healthcare Studio Leader in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, she will oversee studio operations and project delivery, partnering with market leadership to support professional development, uphold quality results and foster design excellence. She will also help strengthen key client relationships and reinforce exceptional client experience, supporting client engagement and pursuit efforts across the region.

Most recently, Supino served as Studio Lead at Scope Architectural Consulting, where she guided day-to-day studio operations and project execution. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate with E4H Architecture, supporting healthcare planning, renovations, clinic fit-outs and medical office building projects. Supino also held leadership roles at HDR across healthcare and Department of Defense projects.
Supino is a licensed architect and holds certifications with the American Institute of Architects (AIA), National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC). She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
