Gresham Smith is pleased to announce that Kerry DeBauge has joined the firm’s Project Delivery Excellence Practice Pillar as assistant director of Quality. In this role, she’ll work to enhance the firm’s Quality Management System resources through improved digital platforms. She’ll also lead the development of new project management tools to support teams at every stage of their professional development.
“Kerry brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to quality management,” said Laura Guinan, director of Project Delivery Excellence. “Her focus on efficiency, collaboration and continuous learning aligns perfectly with our mission to support project excellence across the firm.”
DeBauge brings 20 years of deep organizational process improvement knowledge across multiple industries, including the telecommunications, healthcare, design/build engineering and custom-built automation sectors. Most recently, she served as senior Project Management Office advisor at JR Automation, where she led the post-merger standardization and integration of processes to achieve or maintain ISO certification. In that role, she also provided change management and training to support the integration of project execution, engineering, finance and supply chain functions into a single enterprise resource planning system.
“I’m excited to join Gresham Smith and contribute to the development of resources that empower project managers and teams,” said DeBauge. “By optimizing our systems and standards, we can deliver even greater outcomes for the clients and communities we serve.”
DeBauge earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Math Education from Emporia State University. She is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and holds a Strategic Change Management Certification from Northwestern University.
