Gresham Smith recently collaborated with the City of Hoover and Shelby County, Alabama to design and construct a 1.7-mile long greenway trail and public sewer infrastructure upgrades. The greenway trail features a shared-use path and a treetop pedestrian bridge, while the public sewer infrastructure upgrades included a new 2,700-foot-long, 10-inch transmission main. Alabama State Transportation Leader Blair Perry, P.E., and Water + Environment Project Executive Hal Humphrey, P.E., discussed the project with the Shelby County Reporter. Check out the article here.
